A lil bit about the KAO$:
K-dogs hectic style of cutting and scratching won him the ACT DMC in 1999. He is notorious for his brutal techniques, seamless turntable trickery, and ultra rad 3 deck mashups. Nik aka KAO$ is fresh back from a sound recording trip around India with plenty of tall tails to tell (like when he got charged by a rhino....could be a lie ). He has been producing beats for well over a decade, you should see his studio setup it's pure madness... Not only is he a crazy ass dj / producer, for those in the know he was also one of Canberra's longest serving and hardworking promoters.
Kao$'s past events include: first contact, eight ball, crowd control 1 to 6, 1st - 4th Elements, Homebase, Mass Soundsystem, King of the Beats, Theme Park, Medicine Drums, Tactic 1 - 4 plus boot loads of others wicked party's. He is also responsible for bringing international Djs to Canberra such as Aphrodite, Mickey Finn, Kenny Ken, L Double, Darren J, Slipmat, Mello D, blab, blab could go on and on.
