haha. i was just about to post the same type of shit. the human range of hearing is only supposed to be 20Hz-20kHz. but whether or not we can actually hear those frequencies is unlikely. dogs can hear roughly between 40Hz - 65kHz.

frequency response don't mean shit when looking for headphones, because most cover that range regardless. pay attention to output levels and impedance (ohms) - the higher the impedance, the better, usually..

but a professional sound engineer is able to notice the over crowding caused by useless low end and high end - therefore the super wide dynamic range

not saying im pro - i can probably only hear between 35Hz - 20KHz

any sounds around 20k are so much heard, but appear more as a presence. namsayin? you wont necessarily hear them, but you'll know that they're there. like an idling tv is at about 16-18k, and most people can't even hear that.
